My experience with Dion Health TMJ was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I spent around $8,000 out of pocket and felt like I received very little actual care in return. The appliances I was given were fragile and broke quickly, and I was told that was “expected,” meaning I’d have to keep paying for replacements. It then took months to even receive a new one after multiple follow-ups. I was also misled about Botox being covered, only to later be told I’d need to pay for it again. My insurance claim was denied, and no one helped resolve it. On top of that, there was virtually no follow-up on my care, and I only saw the doctor twice—I mostly dealt with assistants. I ended up switching providers because I lost confidence in their care entirely. For the amount of money I spent, I expected professionalism, transparency, and actual support—none of which I received.

By far my most pleasant dental experiences! Everyone is so sweet and the dentists take the time to make sure I am fully numb before doing anything. It also helps to have a nice view of Coit tower while waiting in the dental chair!

Dr Samadian is truly an artist when it comes to my dentist . His work is meticulous and thoughtful , and you can see the care and precision he brings to every detail. Beyond his incredible skill, he is kind , professional , and makes you feel completely at ease. He has that rare combination of exceptional skill and genuine warmth that makes you feel confident you are in the best possible hands. Dr Samadian is simply the BEST. Five starts without hesitation. The office is beautiful and comforting and most importantly matched the treatment I received. The staff is friendly ,professionally and timely ,they explained, in detail what I should expect from my teeth whitening experience and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. It was a five star experience

Terrible experience and a complete money trap. I went in for a chronic TMJ issue and was very clear that I had already undergone the treatments they recommended. Despite this, Dr. Samadian insisted he could “do better” and convinced me to proceed. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I barely saw him throughout the treatment. During my last appointment, he did not properly check my progress or spend meaningful time evaluating my condition. Instead, the focus consistently felt like upselling additional treatments rather than providing thoughtful, individualized care. I left feeling taken advantage of and deeply disappointed. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking genuine TMJ expertise. Plus I was left with a total jaw misalignment and still working on fixing it!!!
